Beg. Women - 11 a.m.-12 noon Keiki (boys & girls ages 3-8). 12 noon to 12:45 p.m. Kaikamahine (girls ages 8-13) 1 p.m.- 2 p.m. Kane (men ages 12 -99). 2 p.m.- 3 p.m. Int. Wahine (women ages 14-99) 3 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Competition level class (adults) 4 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (by invitation only) All classes at our Chula Vista location are held on Sundays
